The Seal Woman and Café Eðge in Mikladalur

One of today's stops on the island of Kalsoy.  In the pretty town of Mikladalur there is the statue of the seal woman, a very interesting mythological creature (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selkie).  The statue was erected in 2015 and is made of stainless steel and bronze.  Here my artwork was visited by some onlookers and I also exhibited it for a few minutes at Café Eðge, a small, very comfortable and modern place (taste the desserts, a real specialty): #lifeotheedge.
